As an accredited Senior Clinical Safety Officer and Governance lead at NHS for several years, Krishna is dedicated to helping healthcare organisations harness the power of artificial intelligence and digital health to improve patient outcomes, staff experience, enhance operational efficiency, productivity, quality and ensure clinical safety. Holding credentials in Lean Six Sigma  Black Belt and MSP, Krishna has an extensive background in leading large-scale healthcare projects. 

Krishna’s passion for innovation and improvement has led him to work at the intersection of healthcare and technology, guiding organisations through complex transformations with a focus on quality improvement, patient safety, and efficiency. With a dynamic 20-year career spanning the NHS, big tech, and the public sector, Hakeel Qureshi is a visionary leader dedicated to transforming healthcare through digital innovation. His work is defined by a relentless focus on improving patient outcomes and streamlining the care experience. He has successfully scaled health tech start-ups, managed complex change processes, and delivered high-impact digital solutions. He led a nationwide electronic health record implementation, dramatically improving data accessibility and care coordination for millions. 

Hakeel also spearheaded the creation of an AI-powered diagnostic tool that reduced diagnostic times by 30%, accelerating patient treatment pathways. Furthermore, his leadership in a digital transformation at a major NHS trust resulted in a 25% increase in operational efficiency and a 20% cut in patient wait times.

Hari is a highly accomplished Principal Architect with over 24 years of professional experience advising leadership teams and business stakeholders across the Banking, Retail, Insurance, Telecoms, and Utilities sectors. His expertise spans the full spectrum of technology strategy — from enterprise architecture and solution design to large-scale digital transformation and innovation management.

An industry-recognised technology strategist, Hari has successfully partnered with global organisations to define strategic technology roadmaps, modernise legacy systems, and lead complex enterprise programmes. 

He has extensive hands-on experience in cloud and data platforms (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform), API-driven architectures, microservices, headless CMS, contact-centre solutions, omnichannel integration, DevOps, CRM, and enterprise-level application interoperability.

Hari also holds a prestigious Chief Technology Officer Programme certificate from the University of Cambridge, which has deepened his expertise in technology governance, digital transformation strategy, and innovation management. 

Dr Sudhir is a Senior NHS Medical Consultant with extensive experience leading medical device and health-technology procurement, evaluation, and deployment across. acute care, ICUs and operating theatre settings. A practising Consultant Anaesthetist, he combines frontline clinical leadership with digital health expertise, advising on usability, safety, interoperability, and pathway redesign for technologies, peri-operative systems, simulation, and AI-enabled tools. He has chaired and contributed to multidisciplinary procurement panels, authored clinical specifications, run competitive evaluations, and overseen vendor due diligence and contract mobilisation, ensuring value for money, regulatory compliance and alignment to patient-safety standards. His background includes establishing high-fidelity simulation programmes, leading airway and equipment governance, and championing human-factors approaches to reduce error and improve team performance. 

Dr Sudhir will support IHC with independent clinical governance and safety assurance.

He will also provide expert guidance on medical device and digital health procurement strategy, together with pragmatic adoption support across NHS pathways

Sreeja is a highly accomplished technology leader and cybersecurity professional with over 15 years of experience in information security governance, risk and compliance, and enterprise assurance across financial services, insurance, and technology sectors.

A specialist in information security architecture and controls, Sreeja has extensive experience designing and implementing global frameworks for cyber risk management, regulatory compliance, and assurance. Her leadership portfolio spans ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and third-party vendor risk programmes. She has also led large-scale IT audit and security transformation initiatives, combining business pragmatism with deep technical insight to enhance resilience and governance maturity across organisations.

Sreeja holds MSc and MPhil, also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), SABSA Chartered Security Architect (SCF), and GDPR certified professional. At IHC, she plays an important role in reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to secure, compliant, and trusted digital transformation across healthcare and technology ecosystems.
